I booked for Saturday morning through book my garage. I was texted next day evening saying they can’t do it. I rebooked for Friday morning and got confirmation from book my garage. I went to them on Friday to ask advise about the tyres. I was helped by a guy regarding tyres. However I was called and said that I was informed that they cannot do MOT. I told them I’m aware of Saturday but no communication happened for Friday booking. Anyway I didn’t go to them and I don’t want to use book my garage

When a booking is made through BookMyGarage, the garage is notified instantly and it is their responsibility to manage their own availability, pricing, and service capacity. Unfortunately, on this occasion it appears that availability was not managed as well as it should have been, which led to the confusion and late communication you experienced.
