The garage is in a relatively busy location with other businesses on the park so their efficient check in system is great; park up anywhere nearby, take a photo, check in online and drop your keys off. Garage explained the advisories to me so I know what I need to get fixed - definitely one of the garages I’ll be using in Falmouth from now on.

I would have expected at least a free valet for price paid, also price shown isn’t even close, vat to be added even though ad shows price includes VAT. £99 an hour for labour ????. All a bit pricey.

The average invoice value at a garage is £300, your 19-plate vehicle also took expensive 0w/30 oil and we used quality parts that come with a Nationwide guarantee. Your vehicle also received a complementary electronics check & printout, also a free Hunter 3D geometry check, and a free car wash afterwards, along with the use of a free courtesy car if required You would have been given an estimate before any work was carried out and you authorised us to carry out the service. As a highly accredited garage that is a Bosch car service, RAC & AA Approved repair garage and holds ISO9001, your service was carried out by a highly experienced technician.
