Was told my car only takes a 'specific' long life oil which costs £40. Never been told this before. Total scam. On collection, service was terrible only a mechanic was present who could barely speak English and tried to say he couldn't use a card machine to take payment and that they only accept bank transfer, extremely unprofessional. No paper copy of invoice was given - mechanic said he can't print. In store it said FREE MOT WITH FULL SERVICE - this was refused on the day. Absolute jokers.
