Before booking, customers are shown the exact service price alongside a comparison with other garages, and you chose to proceed at the agreed price. All service work was completed as expected, and we were never made aware of the “loads of issues” mentioned. Your vehicle is also over 16 years old, and unfortunately mechanical issues can arise with a vehicle of this age. Had you contacted us, we would have happily investigated your concerns straight away. Your vehicle also failed its MOT, which is carried out according to government testing standards. We do not have discretion over whether a vehicle passes or fails. As a small local garage, we work extremely hard to maintain our reputation and keep our customers satisfied. It is therefore disappointing to see damaging accusations made publicly without first giving us the opportunity to discuss or investigate them.
