I was almost an hour early for my appointment but all was ok. No anxious waiting for the estimate for work to be done. Quick and efficient. Only criticism is that during the work the battery must have been disconnected as the clock was on the wrong time and the mileage trip had been zeroed. I also had to re-enter The Key Code as the radio and CD player could not be used. A minor little quibble.
