good morning, so lets brake this down for anyone else who would like to review your response. the brakes we would of supplied isn't the cheapest brakes we can find because we have had too many issues and returns from them, secondly you will have had a labour charge to fit the brake pads and discs, thirdly you have an electronic handbrake which requires a diagnostic tool to replace the pads. you were given two different quotes. 1 - to replace just the pads and 2 - to replace pads and discs because your discs were advised on the mot as in a poor state. not once did we try only give you the bigger repair bill this was just advised and you were given a choice.
