Called me 2 days before appointment to tell that they have no availability on the day and cannot do my MOT, they have double booked, looks like they have no real time updates with bookmygarage. At least they called and may be OK but I will never know. Star rating right down the middle, 3 stars as I don't know, extra star on communication for calling me, but left a bit late. My advise is do not book on bookmygarage but try directly.

Winslow Ford did a great job with my car service and MOT. I needed the car back by 1pm and it was ready by 12pm surpassing my expectation. The garage kept me fully informed with a service video and phone call. The car was even valeted after the service which was a nice touch. Great service throughout.
I am happy with the service given by Winslow Ford Ltd. I have used them in previous years to MOT and service my car and have always been satisfied with them and will continue to use them in the future.
