Everything went exactly as planned. The MOT was completed within an hour, and I received the certificate straight away. The whole process was quick, comfortable and well organised. The staff were helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this garage.
After booking through Book My Garage for an AirCon regas, I wasn’t contacted at all by the garage I’d chosen locally, even though I’d requested an afternoon appointment on a certain day where they had availability. They were supposed to call me a time for the appointment and didn’t. Not impressed by the complete lack of communication with the Book My Garage website or the Vehicle Workshop 🤬 Shame, as they may well have had a lot of business from me!
