First time we've used Williams and so far a good experience. Very friendly ,helpful service, nice waiting area, drinks and wifi provided etc. MoT'd our company van and needed an adjustment to the lights which was done and all passed to keep the vehicle on the road. Thank you, you've gained a new customer.

Have been a Williams customer for years but won't be going back again. Paid £258 for a major service which missed a leaking radiator, defective water pump and faulty ABS sensor. Cost for another garage to diagnose and fix these problems is £1800.
