Unfortunately you have not explained the time line or the work that was carried out. You instructed us to collect the vehicle from Winchester after 9am & return it by 3.30pm for a Book my Garage MOT & service. YOUR vehicle Failed its MOT,which I explained to you,on mechanical failure to both n/s & o/s front steering Track Rod Ends & Suspension Anti-roll Bar links. Your were quoted for the repair which you ACCEPTED + MOT Fee. I explained that to get the parts delivered & work carried out including a MOT Retest by the 3.30pm deadline would mean that we would have to compromise,therefore we exchanged time slots so we could carry out the essential work. We collected your car again & reported your radio failure was a Blown Fuse & Non starting fault due to the failed battery. Test photo shown
