Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that your booking was made on the same day, and after reviewing our schedule we emailed to ask whether you could attend at 11:00am, as we believed this would be the most suitable time for your air conditioning re-gas. Unfortunately, the technician who carries out this work was still completing a previous job, which took longer than anticipated and could not be left unfinished. We also understand that you left the premises and returned later, and we apologise that the waiting time was still longer than expected. While delays can occasionally occur in a busy workshop environment, we appreciate that this can be frustrating. We value all customer feedback and will use your comments to help improve our communication regarding unexpected delays in the future.
