We would like to clarify that the price was not changed arbitrarily. The service initially booked was for a different type of air conditioning system than the one fitted to your vehicle. When our technician inspected your car at the garage, they explained that your vehicle requires a different type of air conditioning gas, which is more expensive due to the higher cost of the refrigerant. Before carrying out any work, the technician informed you of the correct service. We always aim to be transparent with our pricing and only recommend the service that is appropriate for each vehicle.

However, we do acknowledge that we failed to contact you as we should have, and for that we sincerely apologise. Unfortunately, this was an oversight on our part, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have your time wasted. We take full responsibility for the lack of communication and are reviewing our booking process to help ensure this doesn't happen again.
