Hi Glen, We are sorry for the bad experience. We do only normally arrange for parts to be delivered the day before an appointment due to potential cancelations where we incur charges for returning parts. Rainham did try every motor factor but they had been told that the oil filter was a main dealer part only so we were unable to source it. Will will endeavour to check that parts are available for order in good time moving forward. Once again our sincere apologies.
