I booked a full service and MOT. Waterside uses Tyre Pros for the MOT. MOT failed because of tyres. I offered to arrange for the tyres to be replaced myself but he asked for me for Tyre Pros to do be easier (and they almost matched price) & have car back same day. When Waterside took car back for tyres at time arranged, it took them 3 hours to fit the tyres and the Waterside guy claims he lost another job, charged me extra £80 & didn't bring car back until wed (3 days without car)

I booked in for a full car service. Sean from Waterside Motor Service collected my car at 8 and had it back by lunchtime. Sean was very pleasant, everything went as expected, I thought the customer service was good & I would use again.
