I arrived to find that my booking was not listed at reception despite “checking in” online the night before. I was then shown to a seat and subjected to a thinly veiled hard-sell routine by a salesman who told me that there was very little money left to do more than just an oil change. He even went as far as asking me to sign to say I’d refused to pay more for extra checks. On my return I met a more experienced very pleasant employee who calmly and professionally said no more action needed.

Booked through book my garage for MOT and full service. Decently priced for what I had done. Easy to drop off and friendly staff when arriving to pick car up. Only issue I would say I had was when I dropped off the car the terminal screen it would be ready at 5pm when i was dropping it off at 8:15 am but apart from that all good
