Had my E-Class Mercedes serviced at the Main Dealer, overfilled with oil, Had a message on dash - “oil level exceeded, reduce oil level immediately”, had to stop at independent workshop to take out over 1 litre of oil. As main dealer asked me to wait 15 days to bring car in - very poor service, don't really care about the customer.

I am happy about the servicing cost paid through BookMyGarage but I had to pay a good amount just for ispection at the Mercedes service center as there were few observations to be checked. Will be great if some deal can be also struck for inspection and repair cost - genuine parts cost anyways will be based on Mercedes inventory. Overall satisfied with the quality of work and detail outcome report.
