Service desk is difficult to contact and they did make an effort to contact me. I turned up 30 minutes early to pick up my car but wasn’t ready, waited in the showroom. After nearly 2 hours waiting Jack member of service team said he couldn’t find me and then it took him over 15 minutes to do “paperwork” and did not recognized he should have apologized for unnecessary delay.

I have had previous services done at VW Huddersfield and have been happy. Service has always been as good as it would be if I booked directly with the garage. However, this time I feel seriously let down! I booked for just an interim service as I had a major last time and have done very little mileage in that time. VW charged me an extra £80 just to turn the service light off. They have always filled in & stamped my service book too but this time they didnt & I had to go back in & get it done!
