Booked for 14th, got a confirmation by the garage.. turned up and they booked me in on the 20th didn't even tell me..

I made a booking for 05/02 and then received an email later on to say that they did not have time for my booking and had moved it to 10 days later. This also happened the last time I used this service but I thought it was a one off.
