Almost the norm with the bigger garages now but the inspection video is always welcome - not just there to highlight problems, but also gives a lot of reassurance when things are found to be in good working order. Guy on service reception was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable - made me feel valued rather than just money walking through the door! Highly recommended.
