My Vauxhall Corsa had it's MOT at Vertu Volvo Truro. I was welcomed warmly by Michelle and my Service Advisor, Laurence. Laurence had arranged a waiting appointment for me and kept me updated throughout the process. He explained what had been assessed on the health check in plain English (and made sure my cappuccino was refilled!). His passion for Volvos and cars in general was very evident. I will definitely be back and look forward to chatting to Laurence again next time.

I have been using the Volvo dealership in Truro ever since it moved from Penryn, many years ago. Then after sales service has always been excellent and the customer care from the Service Department; especially Simon Spong and Chris Dawson, has been second to none.
