Quality service
I booked an AM slot on Friday to ensure I got my vehicle back the same day. On arrival at 9am I spent 15 minutes navigating the car park before I could go and book in. Heard nothing by 4.40 (close 5.30) so I called them. They said it would be ready shortly. I told them I had a 45 minute drive, if I had not called, no car for the weekend. Got home and later found out they had not stamped the service book so Monday was a 1.5 hour round trip to get that done! Steve was good with comms rest shambles
I booked a "secret service" option through BookMyGarage at Vertu Toyota(Leicester), selecting the specialist oil option. The listed price was £232 per service. However, I ended up paying £280 on the day. When I asked why, the manager (Mr. Jay) told me that BookMyGarage services are carried out using non-genuine parts, which could invalidate the manufacturer warranty. He then offered to use genuine Toyota parts and extend the 1-year Toyota warranty, but only if I paid £50 more.
