I have booked an appointment and drove all the way there to find its not a MOT garage and there is no appointment booked! Which really disappointed me.

this is a book my garage issue not with us, we cannot do on the day mot's and have had to turn down multiple customers. please remember book my garage is a 3rd party. we have raised this with them. we are sorry that you are unsatisfied
