I booked my car in for an MOT with HiQ in Whiteley via Book My Garage. I received a confirmation email upon booking and a confirmation/reminder text from the garage a couple of days before the appointment day. Upon arrival at the garage, I was greeted by the staff and dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner by them, as I was when I returned to collect my car later in the day. Would def use again.
