I had a terrible experience with Tyres Direct, Avonmouth.Justin, the branch manager, lied repeatedly, claiming the fuel filter was internal, too tight, and would take hours to replace when it’s a 10-minute job.After three visits, he made excuses and failed to resolve the issue.My logbook wasn’t stamped despite multiple requests, and now that I’m overseas, fixing this is impossible.Dishonesty, poor communication, and lack of accountability make this business one to avoid.Take your money elsewhere

Good Afternoon, We have liaised with you regarding this complaint and despite offering to retrospectively stamp your service book and at length have explained that we weren't comfortable removing your old fuel filter due to the potential for the housing to break you are still unhappy.
