Good Morning, We have spoken to the branch staff this morning regarding your review and we are dissapointed to recieve this feedback, our wheel alignment kit is regularly checked for calibration and we very rarely have comebacks. The mechanic has assured us that your alignment was adjusted to the recommended manufacturers setting which is why we are not only dissapointed but also surprised to recieve a 1 star review, as you can see/check your feedback isn't consistent with the views of our other customers especially with regards to our customer service.
