Got my oil and filter changed cheaper than my usual garage. Also done on a Saturday morning which suited me. Could watch with tea or coffee. Stephanie kept me informed throughout and even got my car washed

“Improvement definitely needed”

Service staff for not answer phones 45min I gave up . Called sales pivked up in 2 rings. Took my message regarding a update on my van wrote on a postit . Told all service in the back or dnt know where. After 3 hr I called again and told phoned dwn . Funny that because I called them 2 days prior and where dwn then to. Seen to use this excuse when it suites them. Very unprofessional. Will not be back .
