Did my diagnosis but didn't give me a read out. Also charged me to "clean a sensor" which can't be cleaned. So all in all not very impressive

I was sorry to read your review. As we discussed on the phone, we were expecting you to return to us after driving the car to complete a regeneration cycle on the DPF, which was necessary to finalize the diagnosis. I understand you mentioned that our location is too far for you to do that. Additionally, we’ve already provided a quote for the replacement sensor. As you also mentioned it was a new purchase, we recommended a set of service items to check and have provided quotes for these as well.
