I booked my car in for an MOT last Thursday. They failed it saying it needed a new exhaust and they would get back to me with a quote for this and when they could do this work. I haven’t heard from them since!!!

Jay spoke with this customer 3 times yesterday 28/10/2024) regarding his exhaust for his Kia. He was very rude to Jay and also to one of the team who had also answered a previous call. We tried everywhere to get the exhaust but unfortunately all our motor factors do not stock the exhaust or couldn’t get hold of it. Therefore, Jay had to go to the main dealer for a price. He tried 3 times to get through to Kia parts and left voicemails to call him back which they didn’t do. Jay informed the customer 3 times with updates on the 29th October 2024, the review is not a true and accurate reflection of our service at all. We have tried to call this customer, but it goes to voicemail.

collected my car from work - did the MOT, Service and bit of work on brake pads, kept me informed of all the jobs with price etc. paid over the phone - car delivered back to me at work. great service all in one day - would recommend
