Hi Colin, We’re disappointed to read your review, especially after having served you reliably since 2021. When you raised the concern about your missing tyre inflator, we took it seriously and investigated thoroughly. Our team had no reason to use or remove your compressor—we’re fully equipped and have no operational need for it. You initially suggested it may have gone missing during a recent visit, then later linked it to your MOT in August. Despite the shifting timeline and lack of evidence, we still offered to replace the item as a goodwill gesture, which you declined. We understand how frustrating it is to misplace something, but we also have a responsibility to protect the integrity of our staff and business. If the item is found we'd appreciate a retraction of the accusation. Gary
