I had my car booked in for MOT, turned at 8.30am to find garage was shut. When somebody did turn up i was told they had cancelled my MOT without telling me and turned me away.

Short time from calling to having work done on my car, even with needing to order parts. At the appointment, the work was completely quickly. Also, I appreciate TIC's advice that the work wasn't really necessary (my enquiry was due to a main dealer's recommendation) - a nice sign of trustworthiness.
