Booked in for 9 AM for Major service and Rear brake pads change. Called at 2 PM to get the status, vehicle was not in for service yet. Asked if they can do the service and brake pad change by 6 PM as I come from Aylesbury to Milton Keynes and sitting in a coffee shop waiting for it to be done. No communication until 5 35 and until i call and they said only service done no brakepads replaced. Service desk was rude when i ask explanation of what has been done. No call back till now to check
