Booked through bookmygarage.com,was booked in for (am) appointment and email said in for 8am so that's hat time I got there, when dropping car off was told to pick it up around 5pm and was told its not booked in for a certain time and other cars are before mine. Also booked it in for a major service through bookmygarage for extra money but when getting the car back it looks like it just had a main service so not sure who to blame for these issues.
