Customers consistently praise Thorpe Autos for their honesty, transparency and lack of pushy upselling, with many highlighting clear explanations of work needed and fair pricing that often undercuts main dealers. The friendly, professional staff create a welcoming atmosphere that several reviewers note is particularly reassuring for women and first-time customers, whilst efficient service delivery (often same-day turnarounds) and flexible arrangements like key drop-off add to the convenience. One reviewer mentioned that dashboard settings weren't restored after collection, and another noted that parking could occasionally be tricky, though these minor points barely feature against overwhelmingly positive feedback.
