Dear Wendy , Thank you for contacting us and sharing your feedback regarding your recent visit. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by our communication. An A/C diagnostic is a different service that we use and it isn't part of the A/C re-gas service . During the re-gas process , our machine does a vacuum stage and that checks for leaks , however that does check for the mechanical health or pumping efficiency of the compressor . As we have to do the A/C re-gas process with the engine shut , we don't know until after the re-gas has been completed if there are any mechanical issues with the compressor . We are very sorry that your experience with us has not been a positive one , and we always want our customers to be happy with our services . We appreciate your feedback enourmously as it gives us the chance to improve our services and the way we operate . As a gesture of goodwill we are happy to offer you 20% on labour for any future repairs that you need
