Failed my mot on something that was working! And never contacted me about possible parts that it needed! Never had a clue what he was doing by the sounds of things. Avoid!

Reverse bulb wasn’t fitted in properly. Stop bulb wasn’t left side hasn’t been changed even been told ,,we did” there is problem with electrician. We will book technician for you, but it be added extra money to MOT service. And at the end I fixed everything myself!!! I said to them never AGAIN and you won’t see me anymore in your garage. Horrible service. You should not earn any star from me.

This was my first time using this garage, and I booked an MOT and service here. I had two rear shock absorbers replaced, as they failed, which I expected. I would recommend not needing your car all day, as schedules are very chaotic here. The first pickup time was 3 p.m., then it changed to 5:30 p.m., and then again to 7 p.m. (closing time). They were very transparent about what needed work and sent me pictures. They also forgot to give me my logbook, so I had to go back a few days later to pick
