Booked MOT through bookmygarage. When we turned up at 9am it wasn’t in the diary, they said “those bookings never go into our diary”. However they said to leave the car and they would see what they could do and give us a call to let us know. We heard nothing from them and called several times to get no answer. Eventually at 3pm we drove back to garage to be told that the garage next door was going to do it for them at 1pm! but the car hadn’t been moved. Waste of a day. Booked elsewhere later.

Had the dpf cleaned on our citreon, and the service from start to finish was top. Was recommended by halfords, and I would also recommend. I will be returning to get my other car dpf cleaned as well as any other future works. Amazing trustworthy, honest guys.

My daughter had a problem with her Adam. It needed looking at quickly as she was due to travel away from Exeter. Main dealers wouldn’t entertain. Phoned T and R up at 0900 on Saturday morning and they stated If the car could be there in an hour or so they would look at it. They kept it till Monday couldn’t find the issue my daughter had reported but did some intervention which seems to have resolved the issue. For £60 it was such a relief as we live some 270 miles away.. cannot fault this busine
