Apologies for the lack of communication to you about your 'oil change' but the circumstances we are currently in, surpass the needs of your requirements. Myself and my family are currently stuck in Italy due to all of our belongs including passports being stolen from our hire car!! We are awaiting the Embassy documents before we can return home! We are a family ran garage and are entitled to a holiday, we are honest and always carry out the work requested , the email responses are from Book my garage and are generic, and not from us directly, unfortunately on this occasion we find ourselves in unforseen circumstances, so I apologise once again for any inconvenience caused to you!
