Booked a major service with Sturgess through Book My Garage only to be told (after the work was completed and I commented on how quickly it was done) that it in fact wasn’t a major service at all and was in effect a glorified interim service. I challenged this with the front desk staff who got very defensive and told me it wasn’t their problem and needed taking up with Book My Garage themselves, either way I will be taking it further.

Had my car booked in for it's MOT. I needed the car back by lunchtime. They managed to do for me no problem which I really appreciated.Very helpful and polite staff would really recommend have booked my daughter's car in now.
