Booked a courtesy car on the website but a few days before appointment was called to say that they no longer do courtesy cars. On arrival I asked why the website hadn’t changed and the chap said that they still do courtesy cars but there was a computer error resulting in a double booking of cars. Also, when I arrived there was one person at the other desk who did not welcome or attend to me. I feel he could have a least said someone won’t be long and acknowledged me. Will not recommend.

Very efficient helpful staff ,would highly recommend.
