Despite the fail...I was kept up to date every step of the way...options were clearly communicated to me and in addition the price for recommended repairs was reasonable to my surprise! I recently had my van MOT and A/C re-gas carried out here and was very pleased with the service. Lee & the team were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. Had to have a small repair today at the Strategic Vehicle Solutions. As we had 6 month warranty, we came back and ask if it could be fixed and of course they said no worries, the job was done quickly and efficiently. They went on test drive to make sure everything safe and secure before giving the car back to us. Thank you again for the help, would recommend this place if repairs also need doing.
