STR is one of those rare car maintenance businesses who you can trust when they tell you what the issue is with your car, when they'll be able to work on it, how long it will take and, vitally, precisely what it will cost. We've been using STR since 2012 on, variously, 2 BMWs, a Volvo and a Suzuki Jimny. Spending money on a car is always going to hurt, but STR's knowledgeable and friendly staff make it as pain-free as is humanly possible. Why go anywhere else?
