Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Your vehicle was booked for a 8am MOT and we open at 7am for vehicles to be dropped off. This information was confirmed to you on an email. When you arrived at 8.20am you implied you had forgotten your MOT was booked in. We have to work to strict timeframes due to DVSA and we had to continue with other MOT's. We did advised we would try and fit you in throughout the day. We did manage to do this and we advised your tyres would require replacing. We were unable to offer you same day tyre replacement for the screw in the tyre as we have three deliveries per day but your vehicle was MOT'd after the tyre order cut off. We also advise that vehicles could be picked up until 9pm.
