Unfortunately my brand New Arkana developed an extremely difficult electrical fault. Car left flat from an overnight charge. Contacted the Mushroom garage, LUKE from the moment I spoke with him, it was NOT TOO MUCH and he dealt with it as if it were a problem that affected him personally. Going in with the vehicle speaking face to face it may have too easy to be angry, BUT you CANNOT he explained as much as he was able and the targeted out come. Thanks to LUKE travelling 25 miles to go to Rothetham was everything you expect from a Service department. Professionalism.
