Booking was easy. The 2 occasions I needed to call by phone, got no answer but when you drop the car off there is a text service. My car was marked as having no warning lights despite emissions light "650 miles until impossible to start" and my service light was still on when I collected but engine management off. My car appeared to be cleaned and I was provided a video talk through. Work was optional, not pressured. I declined as it was at a higher price point and will get done elsewhere.

The service centre is very modern, communication was excellent throughout the day by phone and text. Any recommendations for additional work were purely that - there was no pressure to proceed. I'd certainly use again.
