I have used this garage for several years happily but this experience was very different. When i left the car i was confident it would be sorted within the day but I was telephoned to say the car had failed the MOT and needed part which I agreed to pay for. I was then told that the fault with the horn would need a Clock Spring before the car would pass the MOT. I agreed to this and to pay for it. Later I was told the clock spring needed programming and the garage did not have somebody to do this
