We’re sorry you’re dissatisfied, but we must clarify. The £167 was for parts only, with labour charged separately, and the £54.85 MOT fee was a fixed statutory charge you booked online. Unfortunately, you continued to treat the MOT charge as labour, which it is not. We were surprised that, after accepting the £30 goodwill discount and agreeing in person, you would still leave a negative review. We believe this matter was resolved fairly and respectfully request you reconsider and remove the review.
