You were advised that we were very busy and that the best option would be to leave the vehicle with us and we would call you once it was ready. Due to the high demand we currently experience, we no longer guarantee exact waiting times or booking slots for MOTs. Vehicles are processed in the order they are received and depending on workshop availability. We understand waiting can be frustrating, but our team is working continuously to complete vehicles as quickly and safely as possible.
