After being mucked around by countless garages, Marshall & his team from the first point of contact treated me with the upmost respect and gave the best customer service I have ever seen in any garage. Brought my red polo for a repair and full comprehensive report. He had discovered another new issue which he didn't even charge me for out of goodwill citing looking after his customers came first.

I recently had my car serviced and MOT completed at Southall Autos, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. The mechanics are highly skilled, professional, and truly care about their customers. The level of service was exceptional, and the entire process was seamless. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but the pricing was also very fair and affordable, which is hard to come by these days.
