Customers consistently praise this garage for friendly, professional staff, quick turnaround, fair pricing and clear communication, with many appreciating updates during MOTs, servicing and repairs, plus the convenience of online booking and Saturday appointments. A small number of reviewers raised problems, including a missed booking time, an MOT fee that caused confusion, and a service where engine cover screws were left loose, so clearer appointment communication and final checks may be worthwhile. Card payment options were also noted as limited by one customer, and longer waits for collection were mentioned occasionally.
