Apologies for the poor service you have received. we have always outsourced our MOTS to TMS MOTs, unfortunately recently he has been very unpredictable and as a result we will no longer be offering an MOT service until we find an alternative supplier or we set up our own MOT bay. thank you for your unfortunately bad review, we always pride ourselves on the quality of our service and have been let down by outside forces that are out of our control, this has led to us canceling the service option.

I'm unsure how you got that name for your review. We do outsource our MOTs and this is always relayed to our customers, however we have recently been experiencing issues with this service. I would like to make you aware that we were fully closed between christmas and new year, our first opening date was the 2nd of Jan. We received your booking while we were closed for the seasonal holidays yet got you an MOT on the first day back when we saw your booking. Please dont right off our service for future repairs based on the outsourced MOT, and we have made every attempt to make your booking as smooth as possible, but have been regrettably let down by TMS MOTS
