Communication is severely lacking. I didn’t have my MOT here because nobody rang me back to confirm my appt. Just a week before my daughter had her car booked in via bookmygarage but when she turned up they had no record of the appointment. Very disappointing service all round. Stick with your independent garage, much more reliable.
