I cannot review the garage because they had no knowledge of my appointment! I wasted 2 hrs of my life taking my vehicle for an MOT test that had not been booked. Very dissatisfied

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We have looked into this thoroughly and can confirm that the garage were made aware of your booking as soon as it was placed on 5th March at 8:02am, and our system shows that the booking email was opened by the garage at 8:03am. Because of this, their claim that they were not informed of your appointment is not correct. It appears the booking unfortunately fell through the net at their end, and we will be addressing this internally with them to ensure this does not happen again. We sincerely apologise for the time you wasted and the frustration this caused. We hope this experience doesn’t deter you from using BMG again in the future, as this is not reflective of the service we aim to provide. Kind regards.
